GUESTS

To provide every customer with the same beauty transformation experience, guests under 13 years old must not be present unless being serviced. Additionally, guests over 13 years old accompanying a customer shall remain in the lobby unless being serviced.
LATE ARRIVALS AND CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply, and we will do our best to accommodate them based on availability between other appointments.

Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be required to reschedule, and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

​No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price to the payment method on file.
PRICING
​
All service prices are variable and dependent on hair length and texture.
PAYMENTS
​
Prices as advertised include represent a cash discount. Card transactions will accrue a 3.5% transaction fee. We accept all major credit card merchants.

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your transformation, we will revive your look!
